• Startup Strategy: business planning, brand development and positioning, product development (from inception through launch), interaction design and user experience, team management, marketing strategy, and operations.
• Web & Mobile App Strategy: content development, site design & architecture, infrastructure development, ecommerce and social media.
I’ve been involved with startups for over 12 years. I excel in stepping into a new environment—whether chaotic or flat—figuring out what needs to be done, collaborating closely with team members, and making it happen. Though I have enjoyed working for large operating companies, I find that I thrive best as an integral member of a start-up team.
I derive great satisfaction in helping my clients and business partners, from concept ideation to launch and expansion. My responsibilities include helping clients: articulate their vision, manage their teams, define their strategy, establish goals, set priorities, create project plans, allocate resources, manage, and produce desired outcomes.
My job is helping clients with what I do best so that they may focus on what they do best: providing healthcare expertise, building beautiful homes, creating cool products, selling real estate, providing hospitality services, etc.
